Climbing

Here are some shots of Isaiah climbing on just about everything :)

This is also a picture of Isaiah signing the word "more". I keep trying to get video but am always too late.

Here he is trying to do work at the computer desk.

He loves to look outside.

He knocked our boom box on the floor so he could try to get on the entertainment center.
He has a couple of other cool "tricks - like saying the word "uh-oh" and dancing to music. Watch for the videos to come soon!

Volleyball Game

On Friday night, we went to a Shocker Volleyball game. The game was a lot of fun, and they won-which is a plus; Isaiah wasn't into it that much, though :)

Here is him meeting Wu- not quite sure what to make of the mascot.

Our future Shocker.

We are trying to get him to cheer/smile/look/pose -- ANYTHING!

Finally, he fell asleep part way through the second set.

Trip to the Park

This evening was beautiful, so we took a walk to the park.

Messy Morning

This morning, Isaiah was sleeping in our bed while Adam and I got up and were getting ready for work. Adam had made Isaiah's breakfast and sat it in our room so it was ready when he awoke. Well, here is the mess I walked in on -- guess he woke up and was hungry!!!

Time to Catch Up

I have been sick for most of the past week so I haven't updated in a while. So here is our week in review. Last Monday we took Isaiah to the State Fair. I think he enjoyed it, even though it was a bit chilly.

Our first stop was the petting zoo. I haven't let Isaiah touch an animal yet but we did get to look at the close up.

Then we grabbed a quick bite to eat.

Next it was on to all the large, "manly" equipment!

Here are some random shots during the week...

with the help of his walker :)

Yesterday we went to visit Adam's mom because his Aunt Sharon and Uncle Ray were in town.

Here is Isaiah lounging in his rocker.

And if you made it to the end of this post, you are in for a treat (especially my Bunco gals!). It is official. I am raising a boy. This week, while taking a bath, he discovered the part of his body that seperates him from me :) Lord help me! I don't know anything about boys!

Have a good week everyone.

Zoo Trip

Adam and I had some time off this week so we went to the zoo. Isaiah is beginning to notice the animals. It is fun to see him try to figure out what he is seeing.

Us visiting the gorillas.

Maybe if I don't look he will leave.

Nope! He is still there.

Who is peeking at me through the trees?

Getting a free ride.
Giddy up cowboy! Isaiah wasn't so sure about this part.
Oooh! Fish and Ducks.

Labor Day in review

We had all the family at our house for Labor Day.
