Panama City Beach *Day One*

On Friday we headed to Florida for a family vacation to the beach!!! Isaiah and Tora were great in the car for the 6 hour drive, playing and sleeping. Once we got there, we barely got the bags in the room and then we were heading for the beach! Our hotel was right on the beach which was perfect, just take the elevator down and walk right out onto the sand. Heavenly!

Isaiah got started right away digging in the sand!

We got Tora all set up ready for some fun in the sand- but after snapping just a couple of pictures, she had a major meltdown! Crying, screaming, everything. We weren't sure what was going on!! Sand, salt water, sunscreen, waves, wind, who knows. So she and I went back inside and got cleaned up and she took a nap. Hopefully day two will be better.

Isaiah, Adam, and Grandma stayed out for a while longer.

After dinner, we took a walk on the beach and enjoyed the sunset.

Tora did a little better - maybe the coolness of the evening helped. But she still freaked out if you got her near the ocean.

Isaiah doesn't mind the water or waves- anytime we were outside he was in or near the water!
