Happy 3rd Birthday, Isaiah!!

I feel bad that I didn't do any posts on Saturday, Isaiah's actual birthday!!! But with all the craziness of the weekend, time just got away from me.

Isaiah is an amazing person, full of energy and laughter and curiousity.

He has the sweetest smile and loves to give hugs and kisses.

He is helpful and generous.

He talks my ear off about dinosaurs and Buzz and trains.

I love to watch him grow and change each day. He is such a blessing!!!

Pumpkin Patch

Friday morning we went to the Pumpkin Patch for a MOPS Playgroup! It was a beautiful day, ful of lots of sunshine and laughing children!

We started off taking a hayride to the many activities.

Tiffany and Lucas surprised us by arriving the night before so they got to come along for the fun. Lucas did great!! Loved being outside :)

First stop was the petting zoo.

Even Lucas got to pet a baby goat.

While the kids played on the slides, Lucas and I hung out.

Next stop was the jumping pillow - a highlight for all the kids and us adults too!

Then it was time to get our pumpkins.

A few final pictures before heading for home!

To Infinity and Beyond....

As part of his birthday celebration ( I can't believe he will be three on Saturday!!!), we took Isaiah to see Disney on Ice Toy Story 3. And let me just say, he loved it!! It was neat watching him be so excited about the whole show.

We borrowed a Buzz costume for Halloween and he was thrilled when I told him he could wear it to the show as well! People on the subway and at McDonalds came up to Isaiah and talked to him, gushing about how cute "Buzz" was!

The costumes of all the characters were great and super cute.

He did great- sat through the entire thing, clapped and waved, and just had a blast :)

Overall, the evening was a success! Now time to get ready for his party on Saturday :)

A beautiful day at the Zoo

Sunday was discount tickets to the zoo so we took advantage of the deal (and the nice weather) and headed out.

Our first stop was the petting zoo!

Then we saw kangaroos- one even had a baby in her pouch!

Pandas are my favorite, but they weren't very active when we were there (hence only one picture)

But the gorillas were fun to watch.

Including my little monkey :)

We finished our day in the African Plains.

My two handsome dudes :)
